Course related

  • Students must complete Tiffinity Personal Color Analysis training course or obtained JPCA Personal Color M3 certification before enrolling in further certification courses in Tiffinity Academy.

  • We provide a comprehensive yet step-by-step learning path:

    Course 1: Personal Color Analyst

    The foundational course that teaches 4-season and other common personal color analysis type such as 12 types. Understanding how color affects personal image is key.

    (For those who have obtained JPCA M3 certifications or equivalent qualifications can start with Course 2)

    Course 2: Personal Stylist

    Building on color knowledge, this course focuses on analyzing different face shapes and proportions, body shapes and proportions by actual measurement with data and calculations. Technique in choosing right hair styling, eyewear and makeup technique for each type.

    Course 3: Tiffinity Certified Professional Personal Stylist

    The advanced certification course focusing on fashion trend and brands, color trend, fabric & material, styling applications, wardrobe consultation, merchandize selection etc. Students must completed Course 1 (or equivalent qualification) & 2 for the title of Tiffinity Certified Professional Personal Stylist.

  • Class sizes are limited to 4-7 students to ensure individualized support.

  • Course handouts will be provided to students on the first day of the course.

    Tools for practicing will be available in the course, however, tools for business launching such as color drapes and other assessment are not included as part of the tuition.

  • Color Theory Knowledge - Understanding of color seasons, palettes, tones, contrasts, how color impacts appearance, etc.

    Seasonal Analysis Skills - Ability to properly analyze to determine a client's seasonal color type.

    Consultation Approach - Effectively communicating colors, creating rapport, asking insightful questions, presenting recommendations.

    Application Techniques - Demonstrating how to find correct seasonal makeup shades, select clothing/accessory colors, use fabric swatches for clients.

    Composition Skills - Designing harmonious color palettes and schemes for maximum flattering impact.

  • Students must score a minimum of 80% on the end-of-course written assessment.

    One opportunity to retest online will be provided at no additional cost to help students successfully meet the competency standards in the case of a failing grade.

  • Yes, online training course for Personal Color Analyst is available for overseas students. Course material in English/Chinese and class will be conducted in Cantonese.

    Course book, practicing tools will be arranges before course starts. Tools for business launching is not included, please contact for details.

Schedule & Enrollment

  • Our courses typically run on a quarterly basis. We encourage learners to follow our social media and check our website for upcoming dates and to submit their registration as soon as the enrollment starts.

  • Admission to our program is a careful group process, all applications go through screening and discussed amongst our team including our Business Development personnel and our valuable consulting lecturer in Taiwan for varied inputs.

    The final admission decision aims to form a well-rounded class where students can mutually benefit from and contribute to the strong reputation of our academy and program. It is a consensus-based process.

  • We aim to complete our review and notify all applicants within 1 week upon the application deadline.

    We will contact you with payment instruction via the email address provided on your application.

  • Our course curriculum is carefully planned well in advance based on the published schedule, therefore we do not offer date transfers between scheduled course sessions. Once your application has been processed and payment is confirmed, it is expected that you have made all necessary arrangements to participate on the scheduled dates.

    • Students cancelling their enrollment 7 or more days prior to the course start date will be charged an administrative fee of 5% of the course fees.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the course will incur a 10% administrative fee on the course fees.

    • No refunds will be provided if withdrawals are made during the last 2 days of the course or withdrawals made once the course has commenced.

  • Our goal is to allow students sufficient time to comprehensively learn and integrate the knowledge from one course before advancing to the next. For that reason, the follow-up certification courses are usually made available within 3-6 months after a student completes the foundational Personal Color Analyst and Personal Stylist course.

Payment related

  • We accept direct bank transfer (HSBC), Fast Payment System (FPS) and PayPal.

    Important:

    A 3% processing fee will be added to any payment processed through PayPal (charge by PayPal).

  • Payment in full is required within 3 business days of receiving your admission acceptance notification via email. This short window allows us to confirm enrollment in a timely manner.

  • In the unlikely event that a course must be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance beyond our control, such as under-enrollment, extreme weather or other emergencies, students will receive a full refund of the paid tuition via their original payment method.

    We make every effort to avoid cancelling sessions that are in progress. Students will be notified by email immediately if a cancellation occurs. Your satisfaction and completing your studies are of utmost importance to us, and we hope this policy provides reassurance in such an unusual situation.
